need some lighting suggestions

i currently have a 24 dx jbj nano cube. and i recently just set up a 16 gallon bowfront tank which is in the cycling process. the dimensions of the tank are 20 x 13 x 18 (L W H). i plan on adding a pair of sea horses, probably H. fuscus. I will also add colorful macro algae, gorgania, and mushrooms.

I have been searching for 20" fixtures and am stuck between a couple models. I would prefer something that gives off the less heat since sea horses generally prefer a temp of 75 and i do not want to purchase a chiller.
There are 2 PC models i have seen:
Dual Satellite Power Compact from Current 80W (currently $99 at DFS)
Coralife Aqualight Quad Tube Compact Fluorescent 96w ($130)
Or T5 HO
Current Nova Extreme Pro Saltwater 108W (232W)
OR
Viper K2 Clamp Lamp (70W)

I know 70W will be enough, but i do not want to spend money on a chiller. If you guys can give me some recommendations or have any of these for sale that would be awesome!

I really don't think you need T5 lights for the Sea Horses but with gorgonians being photosynthetic they will need that as well strong flow. Which Sea horses do not like. (from my experience)

I would just go with PC for this setup. Unless you want to go with other corals later on which you still have to keep in mind about the flow...

What part of the home will this tank be installed at? Does the room get hot in the summer? If its next to your 24gal, how does that handle the summer temp?
Also I do believe the Viper K2 is over $200.

i didnt think about the dissonance between gorgonia flow and sea horse flow. i just remember reading somewhere that they make good hitching posts for sea horses. The nano cube i have came with 2x36 watt bulbs, but i added another pc bulb to make it a total of 3x36. In the summer the tank stays around 80, but this is an enclosed system. The 16 gal would have some more space between light and water for better heat dissipation. And the 70w K2 is around 160 for the 70W version. the higher wattage one is 200+
