When running a hospital/QT if the water parameters are testing good. Amonnia, Nitrite and PH is it neccesary to perform a water change?

I have a 125 set up and am currently treating the fish with paraguard. Seachem suggests treating for 21 days to make sure fish and tank are parasite free. I am not putting the fish back in my display till Dec because there was ich in that tank.

So the fish will bein the 125 hospital tank for another couple months and I was just curious about the water change thing.

Its not necessary, provided there is no major parasite die off as that may pollute the water. However, you may want to do one at least monthly to help replace any depleted minerals, not as much of a concern as if you had corals in the tank, but might be a good idea.
