Need to know if these worms like things are good or bad

I had these things in my tank for a while now and every time I look I keep seeing more of them. Does anyone know if these things are good for my tank?<br><br><br><br><br><br>

Good scavengers on particulate debris.

If you want to get rid of them Jen has good suggestions above. You could also get butterfly fishes, hermits. There are some shrimp and conches that eat them as well.
