The best way is usually just waiting with no dosing. Adding mineral acids is quite risky from a pH and overdose perspective, and water changes are not that effective.
I have about the same readings on my tank. Calcium is at 420. Are you having any issues? My tank is only about 7 weeks old but basically all the amazing coralline off the live rock I bought died. Other than that things seem alright.
FWIW, it is pretty normal for coralline to die off severely on new rock. It is very disappointing, but some of it will eventually grow back and fully colonize the rock.
