Need to return trigger...replacement ideas?

I have a 125 gallon tank with a small porcupine puffer, panda puffer, teardrop butterflyfish and a soon to be removed picasso trigger.

The trigger is biting at the panda puffer about once every day or two ut it is leaving small marks and I want him to stop harrassing the puffer.

Is my bioload already beyond safe with the two puffer and butterfly? Or will there be available space for a tang or angel?
