Nemo in trouble!

I have 1 False percula in a 12g nano cube. This is the only fish in this tank along w/ a clean up crew and a few corals. Nemo was originally in my 35g FOWLR tank for the past 2 years but was starting to get picked on so I set him up with the 12g cube. He has been in the 12g for 14 days w/ no problems until yesterday. I noticed his one eye is swollen and cloudy. Also, he seems to have red blood blotches on his face as well as red streaks through his body. I need some advice please on diagnosing and treating this potential problem.
He seems to still be eating relatively well, but may be on the incline.

I know pictures are great, but hard to get a good picture where the problems show well.

Thank you in advance.

Sounds bacterial, I would treat commerical antibiotic or medicated food. Get with your LFS to see which is best, also check your water quality a smaller tank is sometime harder to keep. I am sure it was brought on by the capture and new environment. I had the same probelm with two of my percs being picked on. I set up my 30 gallon nano and they are loving life by themselves with no fear of attack. Good luck
