Neomeris care

So about a month ago I noticed some stalks growing off my LR and I id'd it today as neomeris. I would like to have a mixed macro/ lps tank, but so far have only come across red grape kelp and its doing quite well.... I would like to get a good colony going and trim, then transfer the cuttings to a smaller rock in the sand bed to isolate it to prevent unwanted growth.
I obviously have sufficient lighting and nutrients, but does anyone know what kind of flow the should be under? I've noticed a 1" growth in a month in 3 stalks in a low to little flow area. Does neomeris prefer higher flow rates?

I have neomeris all over my tank as a pest algae, I was once told high flow would halt its growth, but the rock in front of my mp10 has the most growing on it. So I would lean towards higher flow and higher light.

It loves the high high light and high Ca++ levels from what I've seen.
You have some that sits, or it takes over the entire tank pretty quick, not much in between.
