Neon Goby for Ich / Flukes Removal?

Anyone have a neon goby to clear a yellow tang of ich and or flukes? I tried to catch this fish and its impossible.. In a carefully stacked reef with tons of inverts and coral its not gonna happen? But i hear neon goby's do the trick? any truth to it? My tang does get in position for cleaning, my banner and cleaner shrimp are just to scared to do the job..

I have four of them in my tank they see ich they clean it off every time. My fish are always clean no problems. I think they work better then cleaner shrimp.

They can control flukes, but might not truly eliminate them.

I would not expect them to cure ich. They are probably better with flukes than ich. Quarantine all new fish for 3+ weeks BEFORE they go into your display and you may never have ich in your display tank.
