neon green hammer parasite?

I have a neon green hammer that has some kind of organism living on it.The best I can describe is small brown thin highly mobile patches that easily slide from each tentacle. It must be irritating the hammer as each tentacle no longer looks like a hammer but rather inflated.
I thought it was some kind of defense mechanism but now I doubt it. It/they can easily reach and transfer to the next tentacle.
one of these creatures has transfered to a torch at least 8 inches away.If I had a hd camera you all might say *** is that!
Any ideas as to what these creatures are?

Sending a pic to photo bucket now.I visited a couple of lfs today. They have never heard of it and none of their hammers are showing any sign of this.

Infection or parasite?

The blotches on the tentacles are the concern here. They have a tiny pin tip raised bump in the center of each blotch and the blotches move easily from tentacle to tentacle.

I've seen a small spot of this on a yellow tip torch a day or so ago but it's gone now.Only this hammer has it. I've had this hammer for almost 8 months. No tissue loss and retracts at night normally. You can see that all the tentacles are over inflated though.

Hard to make out but sure looks like some type of flatworm climbing from tentacle to tentacle in the center top of colony. I would dip in Prazipro + Revive (or other dip of choice) and watch to see if they fall off. Prazi will knock FW's off quickly.

I agree. Weird things. They are maybe 1/4 x 1/8 and very thin. I had the vortechs on feed mode tonight and all of the patches became very mobile but never leaving the hammer. They change overall shape as well. They slither all over the hammer like patches of color. There is no apparent damage except the bloated tentacles. I'm wondering if a bath in Coralrx is the way to deal with this? I've got another big problem and I'm trying to get Interceptor for that.
