Neon Green Star Polyps.

I guess, but what can you really do? I've found that the more you move and mess with them, the more stressed out they become and will ultimately take longer to come out.

Personally I placed them in the lower part of my tank and they came out rather fast.

I have had them there for 3 weeks then I moved them into a higher flow higher light area. For a week an nothing today I moved them to the top of the tank about 6 inches from the surface

I have mine at different levels around the tank. The gsp higher up have lost some of the neon shine. It's more dull. The parts lower down are much brighter and have grown faster

This frag ended up dying off. I went back to where I bought them to talk to him and he gave me a new frag of the same stuff and they are doing great. They were out in about 2 hrs of being in the tank. They now come out when the lights come on an stay out until my moonlights shut off. I am not sure what happened to the first frag. I have this frag at the same height as the other on was. He literally peeled it off and glued it on a plug while I was standing there I figured they would be more stressed than what I bought to begin with.

Be patient and they will open for you. For such an easy coral they can be shy until they sort themselves out.

Do you have any tang? I had mine also not open for a while and when it did it wasn't for long because my powder blue tang picked on it.
