well i have a pretty nice sized piece of it.
i was told that its pretty rare?
i was wondering if it was true or not?

I have Palau sinularia that looks like that. You don't see the real neon green stuff that much anymore. I originally got mine from Phishy when he had the shop in his basement up in Hilliard. I wouldn't use the term 'rare' for any coral, but it isn't seen that often in the hobby lately.
