Neptune Apex controller acting super strange

my Neptune apex classic controller worked flawlessly for years. But yesterday when I walked into the living room I saw my main pump turning on and off every two min like a crazy wave maker. when I disconnected the power supply and plugged in directly (instead of energy bar), it worked fine. Didn't think much of it as I have been super busy recently, and went to bed as it was 2 am. So it was the controller. When I walked in this afternoon both wave makers were off. when I plugged in directly they worked fine. Almost feels like some one is playing with my apex controller remotely (I hope I'm paranoid). Has anyone had such an experience with the apex controller? what will happen if I automate water change and other major things with this controller I have in hand? Because I was planning on doing that until yesterday Seriously. :worried::worried:

Maybe a faulty eb8? If anything change password for apex fusion

I don't trust mine at all. I've watched it crank the heat up when I turned on light. So many problems. It's like the products I've seen everybody complaining. Usually they are cursing after there controller fried there tank. Alot of people don't want to hear it, cause there's has worked flawless for 3 years. I still have yet to pull mine off, (just lazyness). Put I plan on taking mine off.
