First of all, i'd like to introduce myself since i am new to the forum and interested in joining the ETRC. My name is Justin, I've been in the hobby now for about 6 months and my tank is doing awesome. A couple months ago i bought the aqua controller but haven't used it all. I just havent really had the need as all the stuff i bought is all programmable anyway. So its basically brand new. I'm selling it for $100, and would prefer to keep it in the knoxville area. Brand new they are $150. Thanks for looking. I hope to meet some of you soon maybe at the next meeting. Let me know if you have any questions about me or my tank i'm glad to talk about it.

Justin

Nice sale before the lock police shut you down for having less than 50 posts and 90 days membership (minimum requirements for sales). :)

Hope you can make our next local club meeting. :D

Dangit Rob!

Mel, i've told you about this thing before. I thought you were getting a different controller?

I've never seen a forum with such stringent rules for contacting others and posting sales. I get that they don't want scammers and what not but don't make it difficult for new people to do anything.

Thanks for the welcome. My system is my first setup and roughly 6 months old and doing very well. Hope to get some pics up soon.

I wish i could be of more help, but I only looked at it for about 10 minutes and decided that since all my equipment was programmable I didn't need it. Have you tried youtube for setup videos?

Oh, I knew you could get an app for it for the iphone and monitor and stuff, but I never really did much with that. Let me know how it turns out.

The Iphone App is a big part for me wanting a controller. I work a 6 day work week w/10 hour shifts and Twin 3 yr olds, some weeks I just don't have time to monitor levels. I'm sure I'll get it working.

I always find it curious when a new member joins and right off the bat starts commenting about our rules ;).

Our 50/90 rule is in place not only to keep unscrupulous people out, but also to encourage folks to come out of their shell and jump into a discussion with their fellow forum members. The purpose of this site is the exchange of information on the reef keeping hobby, not the exchange of goods. If a member's purpose for joining here is to sell/move their goods, they likely will find it difficult. However if a member's purpose for joining is to to learn about the hobby, share with others what they know, and have fun in a hobby with others who share the same passion, they will find it incredibly easy. ;)

And as a member of power mad lock police I'm going to close this now .
