Neptune Controller Help

Hey Folks,

Have a buddy that just got a Neptune controller. Anyone know how to set one of these things up? He is having some technical difficulties and wanted to see if someone in Roanoke could help him out? I don't have a controller and have no idea how to help him anyone use one that can help out?

Thanks man. I think he needs a little more help than the obvious sources. He'd like someone LOCAL to come over and walk him through it. I don't use a controller and he is a smart guy so I'm assuming the problems are more than I could help him with.

Again, if anyone LOCAL wants to help a LOCAL reefer out give me a shout and I'll get you in touch with him.
