For sure. I can login to our system and see what "place in line" you're in. Assuming we know how many units we're going to receive, which we generally do, then we can provide you reassurance you'll be getting one in the first shipment. Since we don't charge you until your pre-order is processed and shipped (exception being if you pay with PayPal), you are also safe to cancel or put in a pre-order elsewhere (assuming they have the same policy).
