Good morning everyone, I am trying to program my controller to my iPhone and I am having no luck.......
I can not even access the controller with my iPhone :o
do you know how to do this????

Can you access the Pro via the internet and a browser; once you get this far the iPhone configuration will go much smoother.

Kenargo,
I am able access the controller using a wireless gaming adapter and my laptop computer.

Under the "options" on the the AquaNotes, I was able to set up my email and do a "test" to my email account successfully.

http://www.dyndns.com/ signing up there will give you an address that you pick out.
When you get all that set-up you should be able to enter it into the router so that it will always see the same address even if you IP changes. It will ask for the address, YOUR dyndns.com user name and password. Then you have to open port 80 on your router. When you get all that done goto Aquanotes on your iphone and that is your host/ip name, port, AC3 username, and PW for aquanotes. I know that pretty rudementry.
So: 1. goto dyndns and sign up.
2. enter that into your router.
3. open a port.
4. enter info into your iphone.
I would leave all security off until you are able to get it working on WAN. Then we can go back and add it to your GA, then your router. Also, for some reason, I cant get into my Aquanotes while my phone is on wifi at home (LAN.) Turn off wifi, on your phone while you are doing all this.
if you tell me the p/n's to your GA and router I can link you to the steps for DYNDNS and the port forwarding.

What kind of router? Chances are it supports dyndns. There will be a tab somehwere for it.

We have to take our granddaughter home now. will try to finish this later this afternoon...
THANKS for all you help, we are certainly going in the right direction now.

The dyndns will be in your actual router. Not the game adapter. Just enter your dyndns.com user name and password and your web address. Once that's entered you router may restart.

Back home now.
My question now is if we use the dyndns, we no longer have to use the wireless router? It took us 4 hours talking to someone in China to synchronize the gaming router to the Neptune controller. Just trying to completely understand what is going to happen next.

Yeah, you still use the router. Its kinda over my head to explain, but your modem send internet to the router, and the router sends it to the GA. Its almost one in the same, but different. dyndns just make the address static, non-changing.

And four hours??? I bet we could have done it in 10 minutes.

I have an article that explains this on my website along with screens from common routers...
