We lost all internet connections! UGH!!!
so I guess now is as good as time as any to finally take the plunge and try setting up the dyndns.com account!!!!

Forgive me for saying so but it sounds as if you are not in any way technically inclined. Perhaps you can find a relative to set this up for you? or a trusted member of your local club?
It is not that difficult but does require a basic understanding of networking, and ip address routing. You shouldnt need to call techsupport, least of all for hours on end. Again, I am not trying to be rude, simply suggesting a painless solution.

WOW, I never said I was technically inclined, that is why I'm here, asking for help
Perhaps my system is a little more difficult than others, and maybe that is why is took "technical support" 3-4 hours to pair every piece of equipment together.

Yes, I was able to set up the dns account

We have Neptune ACIII Pro Controller, Aqua Notes by Neptune Systems, Wireless router and a wireless gaming adapter.. I also have a iPhone.
Our goal is to have all these units communicate.

What is not working as you wish? What sort of trouble are you still having?

My Aqua Notes is no longer communicating with the ACIII Controller and I can not access the ACIII/Aqua Notes on my iPhone or from another computer, i.e. my work computer.

I cannot find the words to thank you for your help today. Without your insight and guidance we would not have resolved our issues with the communications devices on our reef tank. It was your insight that discovered our issues with outdated firmware on the
gaming adapter and Aquacontroller III Pro. You selflessly gave hours (3-1/2 hrs.)of personal time on a Sunday, time away from your family to help a fellow Aquarius you have never met.... You give back, I am proud to say we have a mutual interest! God bless you and your family!
