Neptune sent me the wrong part?

Hi All,

Been running an Apex for several months now and recently ordered the Probe Module 1, PH Probe & Temp Probe so that I could also monitor my new frag tank in addition to the display.

What I don't understand is that the Temp Probe they sent has a connection like stereo headphones...not the phone line connection that I see on the Probe Module 1.

Am I missing something or was I sent the wrong part?

Per the Neptune web site, the temp probe now has a "2.5mm phono jack connector" not the RJ11 we're used to. WTH?

I *think* that's the temp probe for the AC2/ACPro series. I got confused by Neptune's site regarding temp probes when I went to order a spare, and I think that's what I came to the conclusion of. When I ordered the spare Apex temp probe from a different vendor, I got the one with the phone jack. Can't imagine they'd change the input jack on the Apex itself at this point.

Would hope not but I also think I've detected an increase of Neptune Customer Service complaints lately..maybe my imagination.

I emailed them so we'll see.
