Neptune Systems Dimmable Lunar Simulator

I have a few question about this product:

1) What color are the LEDs? Hope its a royal blue color...

2) Do the LEDs slowly dim till they turn off? I am thinking of a fade effect... not high-med-low-off

3) If I got this unit do I need any additional equipment?

4) The unit dims over night right? Not just varying brightnesses each day...

5) Can I adjust the brightness manually as well? Aquanotes app up and down?

For the cost I expect this unit to do a lot.

1) search the forum; the exact wave length was mentioned; something in the blue (I think it was around 420 nm but don't quote me)

2) No ramp, they come on at moon rise and off at moon set but the brightnesss is based on the lunar cycle

3) No additional equipment; you order the number of LEDS and it comes ready to plug and play; program and your done

4) The LEDs follow the lunar cycle and sometimes the moon is up during the day; it isn't a night light so don't expect it to only be on at night. If this is what you want get a plain moon light and turn it on/off using the controller.

5) You cannot adjust the brightness through program but you can set the 'max' brightness that is used during full moon; there is a little POT adjustment on the LunarSim.
