Just wanted to share my recent experience. I purchased an aqua controller Jr. a few weeks ago and quickly noticed an issue that others have noticed here. Once in a while the unit will malfunction when going into the "run" display. I contacted Curt and within 1 day had an upgrade cable and software to fix the issue free of charge. Ideally there should not be a problem to begin, however the way it was handled was great. I am happy with the service and would do business again.
