Curt is great, tooke care of my blank screen via telnet in about 1 minute!

No complaints about the Apex lite or neptune's support here!

I agree, he has been awesome to work with, helped me get my VDM setup correctly and fixed a bug for me.

A big shout out to Kenargo as well, he really does a great job helping us here on RC.:bounce3:
 
Agree 110% sold my RKE setup and have no-regret at all moving over to a Neptune system, customer service is top notch (forums are great for help from other customers, but that shouldn't be your main method of support). Neptune responds to emails quickly (usually within the hour!), answers the phone when called and when firmware is released it doesn't stay in Beta for a year!
 
+1. I had to send in my Apex unit to repair the variable outputs I had accidently fried. The repair was so cheap that I used the extra money I had budgeted to purchase a WXM!
