Question for you LAN Guru's...I have a NetGear WGPS606 Wireless Print server that I am not using anymore after getting a new printer with built in WLAN...would I be able to use the print server as a wireless bridge? Just don't feel like running Cat5 cable from the tank to my wireless router and have this print server sitting around doing nothing...

Thanks Curt...

and thanks for helping out on the phone tonight! Everything is working great...even got it set up to see status and control it over the internet!

haven't figured e-mail alerts out yet...but that will come! :D

hey Curt! Guess what...it works! I did a little more searching on the web and found out that my print server did have a wireless bridge built into it!

I am a happy camper tonight now! my AC3 is now wireless!

I have one of those, as well, and used it to make my ethernet printer wireless. The funny thing is that Netgear tech support told me I couldn't do it but suspected otherwise since it had the 4-port ethernet switch. If you know how to setup a wireless network, pretty much any type of wireless "bridge" will work. You just have to do some manual setup.

I'm glad it worked for you!

James...yeah...it is working great...the print server sitting behind the cabinet with the ACIII plugged into it...the router is on the other side of the house...it was going to be a pain to route cat5...I am very glad this worked...
