netwroking email/txt msg alerts

I can view & manage everything from my home computer.....soI have that piece worked out!
.......having some issues getting email all up and running. Can i get this to work with either my gmail account or miscrosoft exchange server email?

Also where do I obtain the nesaccry input information if one of the above services will work?
Lastly does this then allow me to access/view the home screen from anywhere?

I downloaded a version a few weeks back. It says Version 19. Is this the latest version? It notes that gmail doesn't work. Do you know if a microsoft exchange server will work? I believe it is a SSL.

What are most using for a server? Are they going with the suggested GMX??

Version 19 is the latest.

I don't know what most people are doing, many indeed are using GMX. Keep in mind that you can configure your GMX account to just act as a server and push the messages directly to Gmail. You can also configure GMX to receive the messages, then via a rule, send them to Gmail. Both are covered in the instructions.
