have a 3x36w Finnex fixture that's sitting over a spare 10 gallon I have right now.
The bulbs are: 10,000K, 10,000K/actinic, and 420nm/460nm.
1) Will that combination give me good coloration for my zoos? I plan on having a tank primarily of softies, zoos, and maybe a mandarin goby when I have enough pods.
2) Also what sized HOB filter should I get?
3) I want it to be esthetic so I was thinking of having a false wall like the AquaPods, but that might take up too much of the width of the tank, leaving me little space for rocks and coral. This way, I can get some skimming action without using the HOB skimmer adapter. Something like this: http://reefcentral.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=153506&papass=&sort=1&thecat=500 (done by Patio).
Anyone have links to their tank setups that are similar to what I'm describing?
Thanks!
