I think Cindy is asking if the weight is sitting on the support legs, which it doesn't look like it from the pics. If it's just on the pywood, over time, sagging and even possible failure may occur.

Looking at the pics again, it appears as though the full weight of the tank is not sitting on the support beams, which can lead to failure over time.

You are right the pictures don't show it done . I sisters it up before the plumbing went in
