New 150 Inwall

I am still wanting to add a few more pieces of gear... One more Radion, one more MP40WES, and debating between a Ca Reactor or dosing pumps. Thinking Avast Ca Reactor.

Beautiful setup, and home!
I see you changed from Tunze to Vortech... What spurred the switch?
Can't the Apex control the Tunze?

Horrible failure rate with my Tunzes. Was getting less than three years out of them. So far so good with MP40wes, but time will tell. I think a Apex to Radion/MP40 fix will happen soon.

Very nice tank and set up. Great idea for a fish room. What kind of issues did you have with the tunze, if you don't mind me asking, I have had the same tunzes for well over 10+ years. Never had an issue. Never did anything with them except let run 24x7. ( but now that I said something)...

The overheat/fail sensor would trigger and stop the pump and would never work again. Had two that were replaced just out of warranty so had to pay a replacement fee, but the replacements failed after three year as well. Something in the sealed wet side would break that was not replaceable. Could just be a bad luck, but when the last one failed I gave up on the brand. Like the fact the wet side on the MP40 is not electric!

Thank you, I was just curious. I like the non electrical wet side as well, but I had one for two months and could not see spending the extra cash for another one, so I kept using the tunzes, but I am afraid that one day I am going to come home and they will be dead. I am excited to try out and test against the MP40 and tunze the new Jebao WP40 and 25.

Beautiful tank, and great pluming work..

As someone said, great use of space!

"Want to show video and tank parameter info and have a screen saver that shows the inhabitants and information about them. My own interactive exhibit."

This is a really cool idea, almost makes you want to let marine biology classes come check it out just to let people get some enjoyment out of what your work produced.

I'm fraggin corals like mad and would love to see if we can trade whenever I get down there.

Love the anthias, thats next for me.
A note on the Apex, the LED and pump controller wires are supposed to put out 1-10volts for dimming/ramping up or down. Just tested mine today it was putting out 15.83 volts! Its a somewhat common problem, so put a voltmeter on those things before plugging any LED's in! Other than that, the Apex has been a very good thing.

Full tank pic, algae issue is getting better with help of H2O2

New G2 Radion in the middle, and Foscam IP Cameras for Apex up near the lights. I can now look at my equipment when on vacation. Also have a still foscam on the side of the tank to see my fish. Also installed my old Mac Mini to run Ecosmartlive.com when its working... Would be great if they fixed these issues.
