Love the cube. I think you just motivated me a bit more to remove one of my center braces of my stand

Maybe not needed but I'd recommend it, more cross braces in the top section of the stand. Remember you are going to have to put foam down under the acrylic and you want absolutely no sagging. Unlike glass, an acrylic tank needs to have its entire bottom supported.

I will have 3 45" cross bars on top and a 3/4" sheet off plywood on top as well.

Sure. Is there anything in particular you are looking for? I use a Kreg jig to screw and glue all my wood.

I plan on using 1 mp40 1 mp60 and 1 tunze 6155 ...

I'll try to get some pics for you tonight since I pulled my sump out.

I just have two 2x6s running parallel across the top to give me support for my plywood. They are screwed into the sides perpendicular to them.

thanks for the picture- looks like you don't have any 2x4's supporting the top cross beams either.. any sagging on the bottom of tank??
