Hey,

I've arranged for a 360G tank 72x48x24(not sure). I gonna try to put all my three tanks in to this one. A 155G SPS/LPS tangs etc., 90G Bluespot Stingray, 29G sps/lps. I was wondering if anyone would be able to give me some advice about a couple things.

First: I got a Dart pump and it has a 1.5" out, but the tank has only a 1" return. I want to divert some of the flow for other things. Will I need more flow in the tank? I have several koralias if I need them. How should I plumb the return? through the rock? at the surface? All over? Loc line? What is a good way to split the flow and be able to control it?

Second: I have a very happy carpet about 2.5ft across, is that a really bad idea to try to put him in with the ray? I have him nicely placed with rock all round, maybe if I keep it that way the ray will know to not go near it? In a 360 he'll prob. have enough room to avoid him?

Third: It has a center over flow box 12"x6", any ideas for good ways to aquascape the rock, I have +400lbs, is that enough/too much? I don't have that much coral, so I was thinking a small island/volcano looking thing in the middle around the overflow box? And keep lots of sandy space around for Charles (ray) and eventually a girlfriend. I've see ppl use pvc structures. How do you get the rock attached to it? I was thinking maybe it would be cool to get the center to be very narrow at the bottom and self out for the corals keeping maximum sandy bottom.

Thanx for reading! Post pics wed when I get it!
