New 45 Gallon Oceanic Tek Tank!

I purchased a 45 gallon tank made by Oceanic Systems. The label says 45 Oceanic Tek.

It came with a Oceanic Sump model 1, but absolutely no instructions. Can someone help me out how to hook this up? They parts list says only one bulkhead is included. Since there is only one overflow and it has two holes in it, shouldn't there be two bulkheads?

There should be 1 x 1" bulkhead a 1 x 3/4" bulkhead included in the Megaflow kit.

Did not come with the megaflow kit, only the sump plumbing which inlcudes a 3/4" return pipe, a 1" drain pipe, a 1" bulkhead, and 3 plumbing peices that are slip one one end and threaded on the other. No idea what those are for!

I guess I have to get teh megaflow kit separetly. Should I buy the kit or is it better to buy individual peices? Isnt the megaflow kit pretty much the same as a durso standpipe?
