New 6055 - Broken propeller housing?

Roger,

I bought two brand new 6055's. One works great, but when I pulled the second out of its box, the propeller housing and motor were separated. I tried to put it back together and both sides click together like they should, but any pull and the propeller side pops off with just a little pressure. None of the clips look broken but something is obviously wrong.
