I just received a pair of new 6101's. One of them will not pulse or turn off when connected to my controller. I can manually adjust the flow with the knob, but it will not work with the controller.
I'm going to ask a dumb question maybe, is it pluged into the proper channel for a multi controller? Or are you using a single controller with the Y adapter? If its on a multi controller try another channel maybe its a bad controller?
That is what I have been trying… Different combinations of channels, pumps, and cables to see if it was the pump or the controller. It was the pump.
It has now suddenly started working. Maybe it was a break-in issue?
