rj...what kind of camera did you get? Mine's so screwed up that the extended warranty people couldn't fix it and had to send it to the manufacturer (Nikin) after fooling with it for 5 weeks...Nikon...no...new camera...si.

I am using the Kodak Easyshare Z700, it was only $199 and it has a macro picture taking mode for 2 to 4 inches away. I got my son the Z740 for XMAS which is 5mp instead of 4mp and the Z740 has a 10x optical zoom instead of the 5x optical zoom I have. I think my Z700 takes better pictures and is easier to use as well as no lense cover to lose on the Z700. The Z740 has a lens cover and I did not see a macro mode on it, probably since it has 10x optical zoom they figure why bother with macro when you can zoom right in. I think for $199 the Z700 is a great deal and takes great pictures as well as being very easy to use. I set the exposure compensation at -1.5 or -2.0 and it takes great tank pictures.
