new acro question

I just got a new acro frag about 2 weeks ago
and it has little to no polyp extension when the lights are on

but at night when I look in the tank with a flash light
they are extended as far as possible?

is there something wrong???

It's hard to say without anything to look at but it many cases acro polyps do extend at night and less so during the day.
