Before was going slowly but much more double than now see photo...
Here in Serbia very difficult to find flow restrictor will try remove all cartrdiges placed all new no issue 10 micron is 2 euro carbon is 8 euro and IOn one i purchased in Netherland shop 36 euro...
Membrane old one i can use again no issue lets see whats clodgged by carbon...that i didnt flushed need separate box before placing in RO.

I read manual to clean flushing valve 400 with vinegar acid...but i didnt produce many liters in this time 1-2 years...as soon want filling first test water 200 liters in tank...

Will anyway drop this water and use for flushing 40 kg of Bali sand.See bellow photo.

What you suggesting to do?

I would say there’s likely a clog somewhere but finding it may require to investigation. My first guess would be somewhere in the membrane housing so, that’s where I’d start.

I found localy where to buy new flow restrictor...will put back old membrane and try with new or new membrane again. Thanks.

Ok also just purchased a better stilish shelf for 2 sump tanks and other equipment. As you know im doing self flowing from overflow to same a little bit lower level flow to first sump shelf is 176 cm high to accomodate horizontal level of water flow down to sump parallel standing to main tank.
Lets assemble shelf and place sumps. Also will fix shelf to wall for earthquake movement as im on 11th floor of skyscraper. Behind will put some rockwool with alu cover to keep isolation of wall.

Ok changed as Griss suggested flow restrictor to proper one. Changed carbon filter changed prefilter 5 micron but flow is or normal or too slow?
Will measure as bad water is higher amount than produced... will measure in one cup with ml and report. How is your RO doing? high output or like mine slow motion? And I add small UV lamp in series for RO unit.

And exit for filling tank reservoir for RO water. First will do only RO water filling and test pumps and leaks than use this water for flushing 4 kg of Bali sand...

Not 2 months prefilter 1 microns town Novi Sad Serbia disaster...shamefull and they build football stadiums and no water filtration for towns not even shit going directly to rivers.Ah what to say...anyway im in work to assemble.

My RODI was horrible until I added a booster pump. I get about (complete guess as I don’t measure) 1 gallon product water per 4-5 gallons waste water.

I have booster all system autoflushing on start and even regular flushing. UV lamp was worked 1 days than i returned back to shop and get double exoensive one better quality and original Philips UV lamp not Chinese crap copy.

Add today and measured RO water pure one only.

For 1 liter of RO pure water i measured 3.23 minutes time.

What you think good? I have also a new Ion resin cartridge as well at the end.

What i realised today as this UV is stronger its heating water if stand ON and will made paralell 2 wires to switch high pressure when RO water start booster pump to start also UV lamp as its useless to be allways ON but just on producing water. Its simple for me 2 wires parallel on high pressure switch isolated of course from RO signals.

As i use remote control for plugs this will be simple to do. But for aquarium no matter which system electronics we use even on my work as audit and supervisor on hyper scale data centers in construction we need not 1 but 3 way of redundant power control.
When 1 fail...2nd will work...if 2nd fail than 3th must be 100%.

Example maybe OT but will twll you: in 2009 my uncle wanted to purchase a boat lets say 14 m yacht Feretti 470 and i take responsibility to go to Italy in factory and check and decide...

When you came they slurp around you as Texas oil owner client...as they know someone will cash 850.000 euro as cost was around this number...

I check and all main board captain control on top was touch screen displays and inside on main deck simple automatic fuse one.
Disaster.

Outside is sunshine strong, reflection, rain, salt water, no matter IP 86 or even more, humidity 90% splushing and wet hands and fingers...

How you can use touch screens?

You need simple American Russian wetproof military grade switches ON and OFF for outside and not touch display.

Inside the same must be a second box of switches when all elect4onics fail for any reason.

Same on aquarium do not relly on electronics, displays, ect.

Parallel switches manual ON OFF for pumps, heaters lights backup ect.

;) of course we refuse 470 with this installation. It was bad try to upgrade fair boat on sale...

What i mean is to have main back up switches allways to be able to simply use it when any electtronics fail. See example 8 onputs and 2 main powwr switches when all controllers fail.

Ok assembled shelf is highly good and i measured sumps and Italian guy acrylic producer in Bergamo where i pick again sumps was perfect.
As rarely will move sump anyway will install 2 slides to pull it few cm out to clean or change bellow one as top one will be without cover shell.

Or one on top for same leveling to tank...other completely bellow and pumps on left side. There is also space under the one angle of tank left without bricks.
Its enough talking lets glue pipes and holenders as well flexible tubes to pumps to avoid vibrations. Which tube you suggest? Armored one or no need? For moving sump will be strong one as by side wil goes hard pipes verticaly and than flexible in U shape for 10-15 c movement enough to clean sump or change material.

And on top one nice acrylic cover not this mediapan of course by salt and humidity will destroy it soon.
Finished sumps
