Ok guys i moved all sands 40 kg and salt and salt is obviously get some humidity is it still good its like rock but i crash and its ok going to small parts...can i still use it? Or buy a new one?

Try a batch. If it dissolves completely it's fine. if it leaves undissolved white chunks then carbonates have formed and it will never dissolve, then throw it out.

I tried and with heater on and air pump blowing boobles and small pump for flow its disolved lets say in 30 min. That i left heater on 25C 95% very small particles remained on bottom...when i crash it also desolved quickly...

Anyway this salt was waiting 2 y. And will use for first filling testing leakage and washing 40 kg of sand. Will be ok for and than January a new salt order the same one.

Guys thanks again. Project continue to last phases...waiting few bulkheads from Germany and of course parasitic custom to add and most awfull how they calculated custom: i pay for example 80 euro bulkheads ok + I PAY 15 Euro postage.
Arriving in Serbia custom they use value on invoice + postage amount than on all this 20% import custom fees.
What a f. They have with my postage amount? Grrr im not stingy but love bananas but im not chimp.

Salt will be good for ice and snow in anyway hahaha i decide to not save on this but purchase a new salt fresh date as well Ph sonds and Redox lost dates will be also for replace.

Holla amigos aftwr almost month disaster of courier DHL kept box in airport Frankfurt 20 days...
Yesterday finally arrived bulk head and i can start glueing pipes and plumb pumps and sumps.
See photos as on original 3 bulkhead black low quality we talked if you remember size of pipes is not the same as in Europe and have gap of 1.4mm.
I didnt want disaster of leak on 11th floor in skyskraper ans waited for aame 32 mm and 25mm bulkhead for.
See photos. Even red original cant enter in EU pipe size.
Made a new one emergency.

p.s. to add from German shop to out of EU in Serbia i paid parasites custom, tax and extra postage no matter that i paid DHL delivery never again DHL. Simply if i pay DHL courier delivery i waited 20 days.

Simply no more purchasing from Germany delivery out of EU its not for parasites custom no way but 20 days delivery no way. Will sent as all before to Slovenia in EU to friend sit in car 550 km one way enjoy day and back hahaha cheaper nooooot at all but tired to paying Serbian parasiting stealers - open box aha some aqua parts 40 euro taxes. As im now starting glueing pipes 1 question: which type to use to put additional secure around bulkhead (like silicon) but taking in consideration that my aquarium is acrylic not glass. I see that silicon and acrylic dont bond together well but my point is only to add around additional seal before i tight all. Im wrong i dont use anything on tank only on overflow and 2 sumps that is also acrylic.
What you use or suggest. Thanks a lot its time to connect pump, bulkheads on sumps ect... This i mean see its not my photo.
To put additional seal for any case...

For tightening bulkheads on both acrylic and glass tanks, I only use the gasket that comes with the bulkhead and have never had any problems.

@wvned do you have any suggestions or do it differently?

Agreed with above; you could connect them prior to gluing and check for any leaks/drips. Plumber's tape might even be a better choice than glue in case you want to make later adjustments.

No, I never glue bulkheads.
The water would leak down the threads if the top gasket doesn't seal and the silicone will make it hard to do anything about that.
It is a mechanical connection and if it leaks you have under or overtightened it. Or it is old and the gasket has become hard.

Yes i tight with slight tool feel be ok. Next week first water leak test.

I started glueing pipes. I purchased PVC-U glue and cleaner and as well PVC-U pipes.
There is also some only PVC pipes that i want to use and i tested with glue and seams that
fixed very well both. Question is can this glue be good for or need to be only PVC-U pipes
glued with? After 24 hours i tried and its keeping hard together PVC-U part with PVC pipe. Light gray...

PVC-U is hard one and
PVC only is quite solid but softer material

I’ve never heard of pvc-u but according to AI, the pipes and glues are interchangeable between pvc and pvc-u.

Holla i decide to buy 1 pump that have good control no matter that i have Askoll 2 pcs.
Also ordered the new RedSea control unit for 6 plugs (they have also American plug) for US.
Its quite expensive but need safe and secure control of main pumps, lights ect.
You can buy without manual switches but I think its nice no matter that you can use mobile
software free to switching...but whenever you are near tank simple use is better. All 6 plugs
and control its around 300 euro. There is also new model extension with all sensors. As i have
allready inside pump for flow RedSea and ReefATo+ this will be all the same unit to control.
But this 6 ploug power can control any other equipment no need to be RedSea one.

I have very good Siemens LOGO controller and I know how to programm for use but
decide for now to use this basic 6 plugs and phone control.
Pump is coming in few days its 5000 liter quite enough and cheap 115 Euro
If will be not enough Askoll Fluval will come on same line. Its consume 100 W vs. this one
that can regulate flow. Better regulate flow electronicaly than closing valve. Lets see how
will work. In few days i go to pick it up in postbox. Will present pump here.
