My angelfish collection is now back up to eight thanks to this new cutie.
I just couldn't pass on this one. It's only the size of a quarter & already eating like a pig.

Pomacanthus xanthometopon 5" -Blueface
Pomacanthus imperator 8"- Imperator
Pomacanthus asfur 6"- Asfur
Pygoplites diacanthus 3"- Regal
Centropyge potteri 3/4"- Potters
Paracentropyge venusta 1 1/2"- Venustus
Apolemichthys trimaculatus 5"- Flagfin
Chaetodontoplus caeruleopunctatus 4"- Bluespot

So, being an angel person myself, have you ever had aggression between the angels? I have just two now, an Asfur and a Majestic, and though I have had multiple angels in my tanks for 35 years now, I have been getting nervous after reading these threads where an angel suddenly changes temperment and kills another angel in the tank. And as my current angels are getting bigger, and the Asfur has always been a grouch, I would like to avoid that.

I've been mixing angels since the late 80's. I find the key is different sizes, temperments, & plenty of caves for them to share. I also believe a fat & healthy angel is a happy angel. There is always some minor aggression but it's usually just showing dominance until the other submits. I've never had an angel "kill" another but I have had a blueface kill a clown trigger after 6 years of living together. I sure this was due to lack of tank size.

Everything I have read still shows the venustus to be in Paracentropyge. I would assume this is true do to the many confirmed hybrids of venustus & multibarred angels.
