Get it off that plug pronto. Put it on a new plug or mount it directly on your rock.

I usually do once I'm done acclimating it and I've found it's permanent spot. Right now it's in the sand bed for a few more days then ill bring it up mid way before I permanently attach it directly to my rock rock I hate plugs

Plugs harbor unwanted algae and pests/eggs. Not saying he has pests on the plug, but it's a good practice to remove plugs that came from another aquarium.

Can I unplug it and leave it on the sand bed bare I'd hate to refrag it just to rip it off and rue glue it to a rock

Your plan is fine. Let it acclimate, then ditch the plug.

You can take plugs off the the corals can you do this with any coral frag noobie question I know lol

Just use your hands and super glue gel

Yup I razor blade them off the plug and crazy glue gel them where I want them eventually they encrust over the glue and become more firmly attached to the rock and look more natural than with a white plug attached to it lol
