New Algae Blenny not eating in QT

I've had an Algae Blenny in my QT for the last week with a Cleaner Wrasse and Red Head Solon Fairy Wrasse. The wrasses are active and eating well.

The Blenny on the other hand has just been hanging out by some PVC pipes or the heater. My concern is he isn't eating when I feed the fish (twice a day). I've been feeding them NLS small pellets.

I have some seaweed, should I clip some in the tank? I'm not really sure what to do with the Blenny to get him eating.

Maybe try using an elastic to attach the seaweed to the PVC since that's where he's hanging out?

Definitely try seaweed I don't think algae blennies always take to pellets. Mine took several months before he did. Now he is the biggest pig in the tank and will eat anything even meaty foods.
