Why is my anemone squeezing in between two rocks to look like its crushed?

My guess is that it's trying to hide from the light. Did you recently switch your bulbs? Increase your lighting period?
How long have you had your bta for?
How long has your tank been running for? It appears to be fairly new.
Can you give us your tank parameters?

^ looks like its hiding from the light, the tentacles look short as well, might just be hiding its foot, once the lights kick on the tentacles might reach out to the light, my rbta did this, some bta like to hide thier foot deep within the rocks i found over the years

Tanks about 3 yrs old. That rock work is fairly new. I do have a Halide light and t5 light on it, and I did place it high in the tank. I would say should I try to move it but its kinda in there. Should I just cut back on the light or what?

Whatever you do, don't try and move it, just let it do it's thing.

How long have you had the bta?
What kind of mh lights do you have and how long do you run them for?

If it's high in the tank and you can move the entire rock down lower without hurting it I would go that route and let the anenome move back up if it want's more light

I've had it for about 4 days its a Current MH light(not sure of the watts or anything 36" Fixture). Its on probably 12 hrs a day.

The rock fixture cant be taken apart easily. I just built it and it has rods and morter holding it together. Its actually only halfway up the water column. so about 1 1/2 ft from the top.
