New anemone split

My anemone split and both decided to go in the corner of my tank under a rock in the dark. Should I flip rock or let them do there thing?

Give them time and they should come out.

Nope just let them be; it will take almost a week for them to heal. After that they should come out of hiding. BUt then again they never do what they should LOL
