New anemone three days in the tank help help help!!!!

Just was about to feed my nem which is a rba food and noticed that there a whole going right thru its mouth. I kind of lifted of part of it and I could see the whole from under it and it has white like noodle thing around the hole... Please help doe it sound like my anemone is splitting due to stress or I it dying please help...

Never cought a splitting event that early on to say. Send pictures so one of us can answer. Could be splitting or dying. Can't say without seeing.

It's kind of hard to get a picture should there be a hole thru a nem? And it opens up mostly all the way during the day and bubbles up as well
