New Anemone

Ok so I have a 20 gallon tank with a yellow stripe maroon clown and a chromis. I used to have a bubble tip anemone but after a twelve hour power outage it died. Now that I'm upgrading to a 55 gallon I was wondering if I could get a long tentacled anemone for my tank. Will the clownfish host it?

depends on the clowns. some clowns will host anemones others wont even go near it. as for the lta, if you have enough lighting it should be ok. remember these anemones like to be in the sand so you need light all the way at the bottom of the tank.

Ok thank you. I've also heard that they will host in some lps corals so ill have a couple of those in my tank as a last resort.

I feed mine ever other day and it will not grow. any comments?
