Hi

In few weeks i plan make 25 gal. with anemones and clowns only. What i should do first after racks and send.Fish or anemones to tank.

What are the dimensions of that tank?
What lights will you have?
Have you ever kept an anemone? (( was the plural version of anemonesS just a typo? ))
Is this your first tank?

Even without knowing the answers to those questions, I would say clowns first, and the anemone is about 6 months -- if at all.

tank what i plan to use is Eclipse System 12 Gallon Marine Kit. Dimentions WIDTH 10 IN.
HEIGHT 17.75 IN.
LENGTH 20.5 IN. IN THE FRONT, 17.25 IN. IN THE BACK
Light is part of tank.Fluorescent i guess.I got 180 gal.with SPS corals and only one anemone what i every have was green carpet and bubble rose

So, that is actually a 12 gallon tank? No hosting anemone would work in that tank, and even if they would, the lighting wouldn't be enough.

A green "carpet" (( assuming by "carpet" you mean S. Haddoni )) can easily get over 20" across -- and even bigger. BTA's (( E Quadricolor )) can easily get over 15" across.

Seahorses are very hard to keep. I would say a no go for such a small tank.
Im sorry but I can barley understand most of your post's .

Seahorses do better in small tanks, it's easier for them to get food (they don't hunt it down). A pair of clowns would also be fine in that tank, and you might try a coral as a host instead of a nem.

I would try some other stuff first and gradually work your way up. I'm not saying this to limit you, but it's a matter of unfathomable variables. Try some softies, if they thrive move up to LPS, if you can keep some frogspawn growing, trade em for something more demanding. If your setup can support moderately complex cnidarians, I dont see why you cant keep what you want.

If you can keep some LPS and monticaps alive under that stock PC hood, you are god and by all means get an anemone.
