new angel acting strange

i just got a few new fish online i got them today i acclimated them for about two hours (drip) the clown gobys are doing great. i got a coral beuty angel and he is in one of the rock caves just waving back and forth. it is straight up and down just flaping. he has been doing this for about four hours since i put him in the tank. his color is great nothing is bothering him and the water tested good. is this just stress or what. I read some articals about them and found nothing. just wanted some imput.

just give him time to settle in. as long as he looks healthy, barring internal probs, he should do fine.

he looks great. wow he is a pretty fish. pictures just don't do this fish justice.
