New Angels

I'm going to be picking up a Coral Beauty and a Flame Angel soon. Do I put them in my newly setup 30 Gallon QT or put them in my better established 125 with the Porcupine Puffer? I realize QT is probably the best, but I don't want to stress them out by putting em together in the 30 that hasn't been setup that long.

Why not QT them one at a time, but not so long in between that the first one has time to establish itself in the 125? I think that even in a 125, two pygmy angels is rolling the dice a little bit aggression-wise (although I, like you, would also chance it) - in a 30g QT at the same time, though, I think you would almost be asking for them to fight it out.

Well I've heard from a few people that its better to introduce them at the same time, there's less risk of aggression that way. In the 125 with plenty of live rock and hiding I think they'd be fine, its the 30 with limited hiding spots that worries me.

Put a eggcrate divider in the 30g QT and have a couple of pieces of LRs in there to hold the divider in place and for the new fishes to graze. This way you can observe how they react to each other and a way for them to acclimate. I always prefer introduction into the DT at the same time.
