New apartment, LED's not working

So, I had my LED array fully functioning at my last apartment (I moved this weekend) and now I'm trying to set my tank up, and my lights won't work! I have triple checked everything, and I know it's the outlets. It will not work on GFCI, or any regular outlets in my place.

What's up with this?

how are you so sure its the outlets... have you tried the arrays at another house?

Yea, I tried them down at my shop earlier today to make sure it wasn't the array

Taking a closer look at them upon plugging them in, they faintly (and I mean faintly!) emit light

and I'm using a Mean Well LPC 35-700

If the outlets aren't the problem, you've got a loose connection somewhere or something.

If you have a multimeter check the voltage output on the outlets. then check the continuity between your LEDs and your heatsink.

That's my next move. One of my arrays (that is powered by a light tech LED driver) works just fine, and the array driven by the Mean well isn't. At least my tank is now lit by my 6500K+ lights. Now I just need my blues to be on board
