New babies !!

I have been trying how to get eggs off of my rock now for a few wks. and saw a prev. post on using a straw attached to air tubing. Tried that and just sucked down saltwater ( kodak moment -- lol ). Next I tried a tukey baster with a small section of a straw on the tip !! It worked !! Found 6 babies swimming around and eating on rotifers! The other eggs hatched the night before and like a fool , I tried to suck them out with my baster !! Well, will be ready for the next batch of eggs next wk !!

place a piece of ceramic tile next to their spawning spot most times they go for it and you can remove them and hatch them outside in a new tank.

Thanks, but I already tried that and its a no go ! Also have a hippo. tang that keeps knocking it down!!

When I first started I drilled a hole in a tile and used fishing line to tie it to the canopy so it wouldn't fall down lol.

Am now having to scrape the eggs off the night before, but this is proving to wk. Last night I got some green chromis eggs and this morning I must have about 50 babies in the jar ! Since they don't cost that much will focus on my baby clowns!!
