New Bi-color angel not eating

Hey I just got a bicolor angel fish a couple days ago, for my FOWLR I can't get him to eat anything. He seems happy swimming in and out all the live rock, not shy at all, any suggestinons?

Did you get any at RAP?

It has been the trick to getting most of my wild caught fish to get eating.
