New Biocube 32

Just set up my first reef tank. (not first salt water) some live rock, about 8#'s and about 18#'s dry rock, live sand ~20#'s. Started cycle with 5 hermit crabs. I haven't done much with the filter other than add some ceramic rings for medial. added a heater to first chamber.

What should I set lights at?

Same here.. That thread will at least get you close to what you want and you can adjust the lighting to suit your tank. I was having problems understanding what lights should be on when until I read that thread.

Wouldnt call it a bad thing, I wish I could get premium live rock around here that still had that kind of growth on it :beer:

The place I got it at actually sucked. She charged me for the growth like a frag, and most of what they had was junk. they were just close to my house. There is a great place where I bought the biocube and supplies, but they are almost an hour from my house. But I will take the drive when it is time for anything else.

ahh yeah that bites if its not something you wanted. I think most of the places near me would do the same of the shrooms were that big.
