New breeding tank

I'm thinking about starting a new breeding tank. Its going to be around 30 gallons, with a HOB filter. I kinda want the little bit of live rock and lots of macroalgea look. Any ideas on lights or other equiptment I might need. Might just go with some NO flourescent, because there laying around. As of now there is no hurry just looking for the future. Also any macros that you like?
